Call was answered promptly by a friendly female. She gave guidance throughout as I has experienced problems booking online when at pay stage apparently due to using an iPad. As the system was running slowly she took my number to call back which was a relief as I do object to the 10p pm call charge and it would have been massive as we had to make a few amendments and add items on so quite a lengthy call. She explained each charge and why flight price had gone up as online not a live price so maybe this should but updated more often as still shows the same price as l was trying to book online even thought I had to pay more. I had some additional questions which she even googled for me!
