Opened an account and placed an order on the 4th. December 2013.
An attempt was allegedly made to deliver, it wasn't, and my order was returned to Simply Be. Advised to reorder, which I did and the same thing happened again.
Th address I requested delivery to is my work place which is staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week so there was no excuse for non delivery.
I enquired with the 2 Hermes Couriers who deliver to our building and both stated that they had not received a parcel to be delivered in my name.
As for Customer service, non existent as it is, they couldn't even spell my name correctly.
Never mind, I may get my order in time for next Christmas.
Do not use this Company.
