Delivery did not arrive on time. Tracking number not included with either my dispatch email, or with reply to my 1st complaint about non-delivery 10 days after dispatch. Tracking number only provided on 2nd complaint, which was 17 days after dispatch and now beyond Xmas.
Communication via a cumbersome and non-user friendly system unique to AbsoluteSnow (what is wrong with email!?)
