“rude call centre over the top admin charges ”

after having to update my details to my car insurance policy, was told there would be a £10 increase no problem ,then hit me with a £50 admin charge , i challenged this and was told in a very rude manner read the policy details , i ask was this a true cost to the company to update my policy , no reply, only to be told in an even ruder manner read the policy ,you accecpted the policy ,so the money i saved going with them has gone out the window ,wont be renewing with then again ,best to pay a little more for better service ,1 out of 10 poor
