Read their facebook reviews. All of us say the same thing. You pay for an item and you never get it. I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and never received confirmation, yet they took the money. I attempted to contact them via phone and email and they never answered. Christmas came and went and still not gift for my son. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering which is my fault. There are so many of the same stories out there about this company.
