“Do not buy this dreadful boiler”

We've just moved into a house with a Ferroli boiler. Getting the heating to come on took us 2 days as the manual that came with it was more or less useless. The hot water occasionally went off requiring the reset button to be pushed, and last week it just stopped working altogether. One visit from an engineer (who installed the boiler in our old house and was nothing to do with Ferroli) later and we now have heating, although the luxuary of hot water is still beyond us. Our engineer was of the opinion that these boilers are pretty rubbish, and I heartily agree. Even when it was working, it still struggled to fill a bath with hot water. Just awful.
