To any seller that wanting to do business, say the hell away from Bonanza. They will charge your credit card left and right for every single charge whether or not a buyer paid for the item. They will tell your customer to interfer with your business by filing false disputes with PayPal for every little thing.

The second you get one problem, without you having any say, they will suspend your account, not allow you access to pending orders and will tell all your customers to file disputes against you as an act of revenge.

That bald headed man, will make up every excuse possible to make himself sound like god. For the past 4 months, have had nothing but nightmare problems. They will put the blame for any problems you know they are doing, like tripple listing your items on Google and then charging you 3x the normal stated fees. When you know its their fault or a problem they caused they will make each and every excuse possible to blame someone else.
