I ordered murano glass butterfly wine stoppers from them a month before my friend's bridal shower. I hadn't received them so I called, but couldn't reach anyone, so I emailed them. Then two days later, 5 days before the event, they send me an "URGENT" email saying the stoppers are out of stock. I called and asked them why they didn't tell me with more notice and they said it was the manufacturer's fault. I said it was their's, because I didn't deal with the manufacturer, I dealt with them and they should have been on top of this, particularly because the website asks for the day of the event to ensure timely service. I ended up having to pick a cheaper, less quality product. I asked if I would receive a credit for the price difference between my original order and this new order, and the rep said he refused because he was shipping it to me 2-day and needed the difference to offset the shipping price. I told them the shipping issue was their problem, and I insisted in a credit. Then the rep told me he would refuse to do business with me and hung up on me!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. TERRIBLE!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!
