“Buy back rip off”

Please do not get caught on the £3.99 buy buy back rip off. They do not tell you that its automatically priced in your exchange and they don't even ask if you want it. If you are changing a lot of money then fair enough you may have some left and can sell back to them at the same rate, but when My elderly Mother went to get £50 worth of Euros they added it in and did not even ask if she wanted it. I went into the same branch in Hemstead Valley Kent a few days later for £100 of Czech Krona and they tried to do the same thing to me!
Like I am really going to go away for a week with that small amount and come back with some wanting it changed back!! Now Thompson will say there is know way that they would know that so here's a thing....ASK IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS IT AND DON'T JUST ADD IT IN AND SAY NOTHING!!
