“Certainly a different kind of host”

Krystal say they are different well...

They have real people based in UK who know what they are doing and fix problems quickly, even had a problem fixed out of hours!

They have sensible pricing plans with plain information on what you get, especially on disk space, bandwidth and processor power.

They have UK based servers.

They are very helpful and treat you as a sensible person even after posing the most basic questions.

Best of all they do as they say, I looked around for a long time to find a hosting company who do what they claim to do and one where you could speak to someone speaking English and not American or some far eastern accent.

Regrets.... NO and I've moved other sites to them, so that speaks for itself
