Arrived at hotel to find hotel chain overbooked hotel got moved by chain contacted sunshine on sunday got a reply from them within a hour told phone me on monday at 11 when they could contact hotel chain sorted phoned me at 11 had problems sorted very professional already booked next holiday with them couldnt have done any more 5 star
