One of my worst experiences ever in over 15 years of online transactions!
I purchased an item from IWOOT on the 15th of November and as of today I have still not received the item, a refund or a voucher in lieu of the goods never being received!
Despite trying to liaise with IWOOT on at least 4 occasions via email and signing their DOR disclaimer document IWOOT have done nothing about this situation or contacted me to resolve this dispute.
Who delivers a parcel at 8:55 p.m. at night (Hermes Logistics apparently) and supposedly leaves it in an outhouse without obtaining a signature for receipt of delivery?
Despite IWOOT suggesting they would make good on goods never received they have since I sent the DOR document back to them ignored my further email correspondence. Not the sort of customer service you expect from a company that looks for customer loyalty.
This is a sad betrayal by their Customer Services department, especially when this was possibly the 1st of many intended future online purchases I was going to make with IWOOT
