After sending flowers for Christmas to a recently widowed in-laws mother I received a photo of the flowers from her with her warm appreciation. On looking at the photo I was so disappointed to see the flowers sent really did not resemble the flowers sent. So I tactfully inquired just to make sure the photo was correct. On contacting Interflora the response was totally unacceptable " All Interflora floral products are guaranteed for 7 days (5 days for spring and summer products) from the date of delivery and are delivered with a care guide and the florist's details; this enables the florist to be contacted directly should there be any problems or queries with the flowers within the guaranteed period."
If you sent flowers please insure the receiver takes a photo and sends it to you ASAP as you only have 7 days to complain BEWARE
