“BrandAlley - Lost it”

Again, similar to other reviewers, I have used BrandAlley for a number of years and have received a lot of really good value items from them. If there were problems or the supplier did not deliver, they let me know and refunded, no problem at all, in a short time frame. This time, I have waited two months for my order, contacted them five times to chase my goods only to be told (by email, they don't answer the phone) that my goods will be shipped within two weeks - that was 6 weeks after ordering, then when that didn't happen, upon requesting a refund I was told my goods have been shipped and they have tried to deliver and left a card to that effect with a second delivery date stated. No delivery card, no second attempt at delivery, no goods, no refund to date. It is a shame as they have chosen a rubbish web development company who have let them down, do not seem to have a large enough customer service team (to cope with their website failure - lots of people looking for work so employ some?) automated emails that apologise for every eventuality but solve nothing and if they are telling the truth, a delivery company not doing its job. Inexcusable for an established and historically great and trustworthy company. It's game over BrandAlley - I have spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years but will not spend another penny even if you refund me this time.
