Delivery times are misleading as it turns out they are from when you receive goods making the extra money I spent on express delivery a waist of time.
I was also under the impression rightly or wrongly that the prints would be mounted on a backing frame as they appear in the photographs .
Not to worry I will know next time and try somewhere that is clear and unconfusing.
