“fantastic diet plan I love it! ”

I joined this in April of this year and I really didn't think I would do as well as I did. I have managed to keep the weight if which is great. I find tescos great as you weigh yourself at home and tesco plan you meal plans for you and how many calorie intake you have, I find this great as I dont have to work out what to eat. You also have the option to swap meals or edit the meal. I like the option that this is done in my hiuse and not standing in a room full of people and I also love the feedback that you can get after your weigh in on a weekly basis or if you dont want it then you dont have to have the feedback, you also get clubpoints on this tesco plan and it is also a reasonable price. I think this service is fantastic!
