“Poor After Service”

Greenstar 30 SI - 6 years old and has a problem locking out when I used the hot water, this disables the cenral heating as well as hot water.
I called Worceter Bosch Warndon but was met with the worst case of "couldn't care less" I have ever witnessed !
They told me that it was £300 to get an engineer out to visit but the parts would probably be extra.
They wanted my credit card details BEFORE they would quote a possible visit date.
I was eventually told that I would be in for a FIVE WEEK wait !
No hot water over Christmas then !
Worcester Botch must be the best sales team for Homecare !
