Ordered a futon on 29 Oct. Sent two emails to check delivery date and got no reply. Spent ages waiting on the phone to customer service whilst the automated system told me I was in a queue - I never managed to get through.
A month later they sent a series of emails blaming their courier system. I asked why they couldn't use a different courier system and if they wouldn't deliver in a week then I wanted a refund. After being fobbed off I was told that they had refunded me. Checked a week later and no refund.
It appears that I have to take legal action to recover my money.
