“Slow and expensive”

Slowest service with hidden fees! My online order took two days to process and then didn't ship until the estimated day of pick-up. Still no sign of my pictures, so although I ordered them with enough time to get here according to Boots' own estimated order timing, I will not be able to put my gift together in time to ship it out for Christmas. Not worth it, plus the picture previews demonstrate they crop to size instead of resize to print size- not something they tell you, so you have to be paying attention and actually preview your entire order before paying.
