Last Tuesday I ordered a Kingsize Divan bed online. It was marked as '2-3 days availability'. As my partner needed to get time off work to be home for delivery, we kept an eye on the tracking website. Dispatched on Thursday, but no contact. Finally we got through to the delivery company, XDP- only two of the three parts had been given to them. After a LONG time on hold, we spoke to customer service, who promised a Monday delivery and a refund of the delivery fee. Fast forward to Monday- the bed arrives WITHOUT THE MATTRESS. The base measures 152cm across- the bed we ordered was 160cm across. They delivered the WRONG BED, days late, and forgot the mattress! Also- no delivery fee refund so far. Five emails have gone unanswered. The customer service line is not a free number, and on two occasions I've waited for 20 minutes and been disconnected. Will we ever get our bed? Who knows. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this website- the prices are just not worth the stress!
