I agreed for sim only contract with them, as my current contract is due to end next month, they told me I'll be able to save as they take over my current mobile contract and change it to a new one a month earlier.
Then I read the reviews about e2save and decided I want to have nothing to do with them, I rang to cancel - not to mention the call + waiting time = cost quite a lot. They said I don't need to do anything and that it's cancelled.
Then I ve lost a signal for 2 days! Nothing at all, dead! I Rang Orange - as I had contract with them, they said it's e2save fault, and they tried to sort out my sim and signal, they have told me a lot of NEWs for example that my simcard I am using for last 2 years is not the registered with them etc etc.. so e2save manged to change all that.
Also they have told me my contact with them is not canceled still...even they told me it is...
anytime I write emails to them, they ask me to call..and I don't want to spend a penny for them!!!! Anymore!!
AVOID!!!!
