Booked with Imperial Travel and Adam was a nice as pie. Confirmed all the holiday details but when we arrived at Hurghada, no transfers were booked. Emailed the company and was appalled at the rudeness of the replies I received from the staff. The niceness had disappeared and a couldn't careless attitude was adopted. Not nice when you are in another country expecting to be transferred to your holiday destination.

I would not use this company again and definitely would not recommend them to any friends or family of mine. Terrible company and lousy customer service.
