I have been using sf for at least 10 years, and the product has evolved to a solid, still easy to use, smooth and reliable application, capable of anything I need it to do.
However, I had reason to contact support and that option has become a complete joke. Seems like they outsourced it to a country, where they read/type prefabricated answers off their screen. Totally dumb and useless, that's why I wouldn't recommend them, anymore. Looking for alternatives, myself.
You don't want to be caught out with silly service, if your business depends on it.
