“Frightening journey, absolute tinderbox”

Got on the train at Manchester Piccadilly to Lancaster. At Oxford Road a couple of passengers tried to force their way onto the already seriously overcrowded train - it was so overcrowded people started to panic. After swearing and shouting someone physically pushed the new passengers from the train back onto the platform and it started getting pretty nasty. This was 6pm and I really didn't think young children should have been exposed to this. I managed to also get off at Oxford road as I was concerned for my own personal safety.

Thanks Transpennine - you're offering what has to be the worst service possible.
