“So easy to keep motivated”

Being someone with a weight problem since my teens, I have tried all sorts of diets before. I don't know if this is the same for everyone with food issues, but my mind gets preoccupied with food even more than usual when I diet as I'm having to consciously think "how many points in this", "will that work on a red day" "if I eat nothing tomorrow I can eat that now" etc etc. This diet takes that away. Set a meal plan at the beginning of the week, get the food delivered or pick it up and then food becomes just about refuelling. I bet this is what people without food issues feel like every day!!
An added bonus is that I stay out of the supermarket. No temptation to buy those chocolates on 2 for one or stick those pork pies in the basket (you know, the ones you eat on the journey home that never get spoken about). I'm not only losing pounds, I'm saving pounds!
If I have a special occasion, I take the day off - no guilt - and head back to the plan the following day.
I initially included the exercise plan, but that didn't work for me sadly. The exercise was great, but for me personally I need more motivation to do it. I use a DVD, I have someone screaming at me to carry on - that works better. But that's just me.
I don't really utilise all the support tools that are available yet as there are so many. I've been on the diet 2 months, but going forward when I hit a plateau I'm sure I will really need them. They seem like excellent support devices.
I would say, try it. What have you got to lose????!!!
