We booked an apartment for 21 days but the owner of the property did not reply to any of our messages or to our booking request. On phoning WIMDU to cancel our booking, I found them most understanding and helpful. The person I spoke to phoned me about 5 minutes after my call (without me requesting him to do so) to inform that I do not need to worry as we did not actually have a valid booking because the owner failed to confirm and no money would be taken from my credit card as a cancellation fee. Would certainly use them again.
