Buying some water-proof socks for my partner, I ordered some sock liners (not waterproof!) which were listed along with the water-proof socks :( Yes, so its my fault really - but I only noticed this once the payment had gone through. I emailed OutdoorGB, several times on their sales channel and got no reply within about 30 minutes, so I phoned. The person I spoke to (the hero of this tale) managed to stop the delivery - by going to the dispatch dept and retrieving the socks from the courier. She mailed me back to this effect and refunded the cost. I've now got the item I should have bought, through them. Well done, when the customer is a blockhead, and the courier is hot to trot - you made that sale!
