“Great product, fab service and a team that care.”

I chose Piciscan after some on line searching and reading reviews like this. I initially contacted them using their website and got a very prompt response despite it being outside of their published opening times.

I had several phone calls with the team at Piciscan prior to sending my photos and each time was impressed with their ability to answer my questions and their willingness to help. As the photos I was sending to be scanned were cherished memories going back p to 100 years, I chose to use their courier service (rather than risk recorded post) which was really good value for money and arranged quickly to fit in around me.

When I received the photos back in line with the timescales I had been given, I was delighted with the quality of the scanned images and the thoughtful touches like the printing on the label of the CD. Ultimately these will go to make a special present for a family member at Christmas.

In short, a great service, an organisation that really cares about what they do, delivers what they say they will all with great value for money. My second batch will be on the way soon.
