“Waste of time”

Absolute waste of time, the valuation on-line was way more (in thousands) than what they are actually willing to pay, just a ploy to get you there then waste your time and offer you a stupidly lower price with no explanation why apart from "the system just gives you a guide" . I fear those that are happy with the service have simply been tricked into thinking they where offered a fair price.
