“Early Days, but going well”

I have been with Tesco Phone/Broadband for a short amount of time, so far there is nothing bad to say about them.

Initally I spoke to the call centre, who were very helpful and even advised to hold off on signing up as a free broadband promotion was coming soon. Signed up on the website, which was very user friendly and took no longer than 15 minutes to complete. Tesco advised that it would be a week for my services to be setup and that my router would come out to me shortly. Router arrived a couple of days later and then Tesco actually activated my service a day early.....Very Impressed!

I am getting unlimited broadband for free and paying for my phone line rental, totally around £15 a month for the lot. I am unlucky in the fact that I do not live in a cable or infinity area, therefore every provider was quoting me the same speed of 5MB, with BT asking for a total of £32 for the same level of service, which I was not prepared to pay.

I would have given the full 5 stars, but as I have not been with them for too long, that additional star may be added.
