I ordered what WAS advertised as a zoozone2, which was infact incorrect and was not large enough for my hedgehog. I cancelled the order an hour after placing it and requested a refund, I was TOLD 2 working days and it's now been two weeks. I have called 3 times and been told each time it will take 2 days. What aload of rubbish! I'm now awating an email to tell me where my money is! It's two weeks before Christmas and I've been offered no apology. Disgusting. I work in customer service myself so I know EXACTLY how payments and refunds work so there is no excuse for the way my problem has been handled. Watch this space.
