“Do not use the 'No Home Group'”

We are in the process of buying our dream home, and were persuaded to use TNHG by the builder. What a mistake that was! We have been in the 'process' for 7 weeks now, only to be told that the lender will not offer us the full amount. Inarticulate staff, poor information flow and little in the way of effort in answering any questions posed their way. If they had informed us of the 'requirements' from the start - then no problem, but every week we were forced to face a new TNHG 'challenge' including returning letters due to miniscule typos, not accepting a 'damaged' pay statement (along the perforation, and which did not affect the content) and forced into subscribing to an Experia credit check. At one point they even told us to contact the lender directly, surprise, surprise the lender would not speak to us personally - only via TNHG. Avoid at all costs.....
