Had to contact Holiday Gems as hadn't received boarding passes to Barcelona and only 48 hours to go. Spoke with advisor (Sam6) who could not have been more helpful and took me through the process over the phone until the problem was resolved. I feel she went the extra mile as maybe most would have just told the customer what they needed to do and left it at that. On this service alone I would recommend Holiday Gems and will use their Travel Company again. Marks out of 10 - has to be 11!
