“Did Everything Wrong”

I decided to get a new contract from Dialaphone as they had the phone I wanted at the cheapest price. I have since learnt that the price was so cheap as they obviously cut costs by not training any of their staff.

Every aspect of setting up my new contract was wrong.

- Delivered to wrong address
- Didn't provide right details to the network
- Sent me the wrong sim car with the phone

In short how cheap there prices are pails into insignificance when you take into account the extreme lack of customer service and un-ending amount of stress and heartache you will have to put into making sure your new phone is set up correctly with the right details.

I would never use them again.
