I order some trainers on te 23/11/2013, the guy at the Warrington store said it's and easy service and should be in store for you to collect on the 28/11/2013.
I order them and put the order in my partners name to pick them up as it's his Xmas present, as I'm from Bolton and would not be around Warrington to collect it as offen as he is.
10 days has passed and it's the 3/12/2013 and my trainers have still not arrived in store. The store manager advised come in store as I'm entitled to a refund after the goods not turning up into the store after 10days.
I had to travel from Bolton to Warrington so I could get my refund, the store manager called the wounderful customer services team in bury....
They suddenly said that it was 15 days and not 10.... After the store manager rowing with them as saying this lady is entitled to a refund... It's never been 15 days.... Why know!! Which is still very long with money out of my account and still no goods. The jd refund policy does not cover this situation at all and can just suddenly change policy's to suit them.
I then called them up while still in the store, as I traveled all the way from Bolton to Warrington to get this refund, after speckimg to a Customer service member who was very argumentative on the phone.... I then asked for a manager ...
She said she will not speck to me as the order in my boyfriends name... Even tow the money come out of my account. She said at first she will not refund me until the trainers arrived in store..... I don't want the trainers now I just want my money back and take my business somewhere else.
I told her she could not with hold the right to refund me considering iv beer had the goods, neither she could tell me were the trainers was.
My boyfriend is calling tommorrow to try and get my refund, if I do not get one I'm taking it to the office of fair trading or the police as they are robbing me of my rights and I paid for something iv not had yet 10 days later
