Using this service majority of the time is a disappointment. For the past 2 weeks it has ALWAYS been late. My ticket costs 36 pounds to get to London from Crawley to work in a cafe for under 7 pounds per hour. Ok, I understand it's not their fault I have to stay so far from work but when I have to pay this money and arrive two hours late I don't see how this price can be justified in any way. I hate southern trains !
