Having done my research, I noticed that people were commenting on the internet as to excuses why when you've sent your watch off to Watchfinder, after a telephone valuation, they tend to get back to you after their "Service department" have looked at the item and explain that the price can't be honoured due to x, y or z.(There's a surprise)
I believed that this would NOT happen to me as my watch was well cared for and looked after, serviced etc.. how wrong, yes, upon their receipt they found "Faults" that was going to affect their purchase price by hundreds of pounds.
I didn't do the deal and had the watch returned, make what you want of this course of action. (Oh and remember, if they do their "Inspection" without your permission, and your watch is under warranty, well it ain't no more once that backs off!) Put a price on that!
Would I deal with again, what do you think?
