I ordered a replacement Ray Ban Aviator sunglasses case for my husband and was most surprised to receive an e-mail requesting clarification of the order. After several exchanges the company were happy they understood my requirements exactly.
I was delighted and amazed at this level of customer care - particularly since the sum total of my spend was just £18!
