Do not use this website.
The company charged my credit card 4 days after cancelling an order. I cancelled when it became apparent the order wasn't going to arrive in the promised delivery time.
They have ignored emails, don't pick up the phone, all seems to suggest the company has gone under.
3 weeks after being charged I've finally managed to get hold of a "customer services" rep on their website's chat facility who along with confirming my money should be returned (fingers crossed!) that it was not Sport HQ's responsibility to managed my finances!
All I can say to that is... Thank God!
