“Flowers never received!”

I ordered flowers on October 6 for delivery 16th for a birthday and they were never received. I am in Australia so tried their live chat and someone said they would get back to me and didnt! I then emailed and was given a ticket number and again had no response. I resorted to asking my mother in the Uk to call on my behalf. She was advised they would check and call her back but never did and after several more calls got told their supplier said they delivered and wont do anything more about it.Basically calling us liars. I now see all these reviews from people with the same problem. Maybe a call to trading standards?
