When I was booking my trip, I specifically asked for a room for a total of four adults and the travel agent said he would book the four adults in one bedroom, when we arrive at our destination he had only booked two adults. Such a huge inconvienence!! I was expecting he would book as he was told. So I called Expedia to inform them of the situation and asked if they could compensate in any way for the inconvience and the lady didn't apologize, she asked what was the inconvience. She didn't seem to find anything inconvenient and rudely hung up while I was still talking to her. They really need to work on their customer service and check their work! I would be really careful booking through this agency, this is the second time I have an inconvenience with them. I will not book through them again!!!
