“inefficiency at it's best”

after purchasing a property with a six year old Alpha boiler we contacted Swale to ask if they would provide us with a maintenance contract. The answer was yes, so we sent a cheque for a years cover on the boiler which was promptly cashed and Swale Heating arranged a date for an engineer to call and service the boiler. After waiting all afternoon and phoning to ask when the engineer was due to call, he finally arrived at 5pm took one look at the boiler and said "we don't do these" and disappeared
We then phoned Swale and were assured that they did service & maintain the Alpha boiler in question and arranged another visit from an engineer to service/check the boiler two weeks later in order to activate the maintenance contract - again the engineer turned up and said that "Swale do not do these"
So six weeks later we have no maintenance contract and to date have not received a refund!!
I certainly could not recommend this company to any one
