This company don't even deserve 1 star. My story is exactly the same as many others on this review site - I'm still waiting for £104 the owe me for my iphone 4 that they received on 4/10/2013 If everyone can report them to action fraud, trading standards and follow through with small claims court action then something MAY happen but don't hold your breath - constant emailing and letters are the way forward for me I will get my money back - I shall go to their offices personally if i have to
