“Very poor understanding of customers needs”

Too much phoning the consultant to find out how much then phoning BUPA to find out how much they will pay and then phoning another consultant to see if they work within the guide lines.
When you have someone who will do the job then you have to repeat the same process for someone to knock you out while the consultant does the job, this is the most tricky because they all charge the same amount so you will most likely have to pay towards this.
I have given up and will get it sorted on the NHS, I have been with BUPA for 25 years with 1 small day surgery case in all of that time.
