“Brilliant customer service”

Very affordable and the customer service is OUTSTANDING. What would make it even better would be clearer details on the different options you can book once you are in your account, eg. what it cost you and what it cost the public. Some overview bullet points comparing the different options would help. The process is actually very simple but somehow the copy on the website makes it seem complicated than it is. If this was resolved I would give the company 6 stars!
