After posting my 2 phones at the end of October I am yet to receive payment.
Two weeks passed before I attempted to contact cash4phones. Not only is it extremely difficult to get in contact with them, but it is also a miracle if you receive a reply. You cannot use their contact us form without a barcode ID, which is all very well of you have it or are able to log in to your online account.
I contacted them 4 times. I then received a response a week later stating they had my phones but were unusually busy so expect 10 days for payment. 2 weeks on, no contact, no payment and I can no longer log in to my online account. I call that stealing.
