“Shabby service at point of sale, shabby after service.”

I bought some items off E-Buyer using Paypal, I was charged an additional fee as apparently my address was a Paypal unsecured address. I complained with little success to Paypal.

The to prove a point I bought the same items on my credit card direct (the one you PAYPAL debited for the original transaction)) and it went through no problems. So what value did they add? Clearly Paypal and E-buyer have some issues the price doubled just because I used Paypal clearly not a value service to me.

I complained and got a "wash my hands, we are alright have got your money" kind of attitude. Took 3 e-mails to get close to what the problem was I was complaining about, probably because they have so many issues bothering to read e-mails takes to long and they rattle of standard pre-defined ones. As I say Shabby service at point of sale, shabby after service.
