I made a mistake when making a hotel booking. I booked a non-refundable rate but intended to book a flexible one. I called ebookers.com customer care. They contacted the hotel to inform about the mistake and cancelled my reservation giving me a full refund without any problems. I would highly recommend ebookers.com for hotel reservations as (with promo codes giving discounts up to 20%) they offer very competitive rates compared to other similar websites.
