“Absolutely useless”

I got told my galaxy s2 was worth £95, so sent it off. When they received it then then told me I would only get a value of £8 (yes EIGHT pounds!!) because there was 'a scratch on the front of the screen'. My handset was in perfect condition when I sent it.

I have since asked for it back and they are charging me 5 pounds return fee, and if you don't pay this within the 3 days they threaten to keep your phone for the £8!!

Definitely go elsewhere, I have used mazuma before and they did what they said on the tin unlike these idiots.
