Ordered an in-stock tumble dryer with a delivery date 1 week later. The night before scheduled delivery a message was left on my answerphone to say the product had failed to arrive from the warehouse and they would call back the next morning with more information.
Didn't receive another phone call the next day so I had to contact the helpdesk who had to arrange another callback by the end of the day.
You had 1 week, why leave it to the last minute to send the stock from your warehouse?
Never had this issue with Currys, expected more from John Lewis.
